Spectators is a project inspired by the festival of San Juan Bautista in the Autonomous region of San Juan Chamula in Chiapas, Mexico. This festival is an important day that celebrates the independent Chamulan syncretic religion which is a fusion between catholicism and the indigenous mayan religion. The festival takes over the entire town and I captured some of the spectators enjoying one of the main attractions of the day, the bull-riding. 2010.
